Error: Caught exception Visualizer::Visualizer: Could not load data set due to exception FactoryManager DSO error: FileLocator::locateFile: Could not find resource libnumSlices.bundle
Solution: use -class ImageStack before the .shdr file name to tell Visualizer that the next command line parameter is an image stack header file (.shdr), and not something else.
