The Seeded Slice Tool creates an opaque plane that shows the values in the data as mapped into the color palette.

To use the Seeded Slice Tool, from the main menu select:

   3D Visualizer menu
      > Algorithms 
         > seeded slice

Then with the desired button select:

   > Tool Selection Menu 
      > Locator 
         > 6 – DOF Locator

You should now be able to create seeded slices in your data set. You can also use the “Elements List” to hide, show, and destory created seeded slices.
