Office Location and Hours
Bill and Terri share an office at 1107 MSB on the UC Davis campus. We typically hold normal business hours but often are in the office past 5pm. Our usual lunch window is 11:45 - 12:45. You are welcome to drop by for help but we can't guarantee we will be available if you don't set up an appointment.
Technical Support
For all technical support issues please use our ticket tracking system. We can't stress this enough. If you email us directly or walk up and tell us about a problem it will likely get dropped. The ticket system creates a trail and allows us to prioritize urgent issues.
