Compilers and Interpreters
The section describes the compilers that are available on this cluster.
GNU Compiler Collection
We support several GNU compilers, the one that ships with Ubuntu and the latest stable GNU gcc and gfortran compilers.
Pathscale Compiler Suite
We support the Pathscale compiler suite. This is a commercial compiler so you must have a license to use it.
Portland Group Fortran Compiler
We support the Porland Group Fortran compiler. This is a commercial compiler so you must have a license to use it. We currently only have access to a Fortran license.
Python
We support two Python interpreter versions, the one that ships with Ubuntu and the latest stable.
R
We support two R interpreter versions, the one that ships with Ubuntu and the latest stable.
